School Budget Passed
Oxford Academy Central School District Budget
In case anyone missed it, back in May '06, the Oxford Academy Central School District's budget passed 290 to 76! (That's pretty great.) The budget is now: $15,749,431. This is an increase of 8.48% in expenditures and a 2.5% tax levy increase.
Appointed to the school board was Mark Roach (with 222 votes) and incumbent John Godfrey (with 287 votes). Incumbent Lew Ford and newcomer Donald Wall were defeated.
Oxford Library Board member Fred Lanfear received 20 write-in votes so he will continue his term.
