Did anyone see this man?
While the sun was shining Wednesday, August 30th, Oxford Village Mayor, Terry Stark, helped beautify Oxford by planting red mums around the Village sign in LaFayette Park. The mum plants were purchased from Gallery 3-2-1's Diane Troxell, to help raise funds for SNAP, the Spay Neuter Assistance Program for Chenango County running now thru Sept. 9th.
