"Buy Local!" programs
Opportunity For Chenango, Inc. is presenting "Recycle Your Dollars - BUY LOCAL!" programs at 5 locations around the county (Greene, Norwich, Bainbridge, New Berlin, and Sherburne).
Why is it important to buy local? What are the benefits? How are dollars recycled through our community? And what is this thing called the multiplier effect?
This presentation is part of Opportunities For Chenango, Inc.'s Bullthistle Products: Access to Markets Buy Local educational program.
There will be a variety local foods featured at each presentation - historic Chenango cheese, maple coated cashews, Ives Cream, Chenango Coffee Roasters coffees, and more-for tasting following the presentation!
