Council of the Arts Announces Annual Members Show
NORWICH - The Chenango County Council of the Arts, Norwich, announces the 2008 Members Show. This is an annual exhibit of work in all media by members of the Council, with many of the pieces for sale. The show is being juried by Elise Kraver, an art teacher at Bainbridge-Guilford High School. Prizes will be awarded in both 2d and 3d categories. Additionally, a "Best of Show" award will be given, with the winner receiving a solo exhibit at the Council in the 2009/10 season.
The exhibit opens on Friday, November 21, with a catered reception from 5 - 7 p.m. that is free and open to the public. It will remain on display until December 18. The 2008 Members Show is sponsored by Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Flanagan.
