for the Oxford Historical Society
OXFORD - Friday, March 19th, St. Paul’s Church will be sponsoring a special “Griddlecakes & Sausages” Benefit Supper for the Oxford Historical Society (OHS). From 5 - 7 PM, Oxford Academy National Honor Society student volunteers will be serving up the most delicious “world-famous” stacks of flapjacks (aka: pancakes) HOT off the griddle, with REAL, fresh, locally produced maple syrup from Oxford trees. The benefit buttermilk pancake supper will also include sausages, eggs, applesauce, and your choice of coffee/tea/hot chocolate or milk. This will be the ‘don’t miss meal of the season’, so please come to St. Paul’s Episcopal Parish House, located at 32 Main Street.
Cost: Adults $6.00; ages 6-12 $4.00; under 6 are free! Take-outs will be available. Please call 821-1223 that evening to order.
The Oxford Historical Society is a not-for-profit, educational and cultural organization whose goal is to preserve and share Oxford’s history with the community.
