The House of Roses Debut Book Signing

OXFORD – 6 On The Square (6OTS) is pleased to announce that on Thursday, August 12th, from 6 - 8 PM, Oxford author, Holden Robinson will be holding her premiere book signing of her debut novel, The House of Roses. Come and meet the author who will be giving guests a glimpse into the creative process that produced this first novel.
Holden Robinson takes the reader on a fictional tale to reclaim lost love. In The House of Roses, published by Black Rose Writing, pursuits of wealth and position have trumped love and personal relationships. “Roses” follows an incredible journey of loss, betrayal and secrets, but more importantly, it speaks of the weight of guilt, the strength of family, and the incredible power of love.
Robinson said of her creation, “I hope to inspire readers of any age to find what it is they have passion for, rediscover their dreams, and live their best lives under any circumstances. Even in times of less, it is possible to become more.”
Holden Robinson lives in a log cabin in Oxford. She has always enjoyed writing poetry and short stories, but only later in life, after the death of her beloved father in 2006, did she embark on writing a novel. She is currently at work on a romantic comedy tentatively titled, Aardvark Chronicles.
