Oxford Town Historian, Charlotte Stafford, honored Thursday, April 14th, 2005.
Representatives from the Town of Oxford, members of the community and friends surprised Town Historian, Charlotte Stafford with a certificate of appreciation for 28 years of public service. The Town waited for Charlotte's 86th birthday for this surprise presentation. Town Supervisor Lawrence Wilcox handed Charlotte a plaque after birthday cake was served.
