Internet Explorer version 3.x
1. Select View then Options
2. Click on the Navigation tab
3. Use pull down menu to select Start Page
4. In the address box type: http://www.chenangocounty.org/
5. Click OK

Internet Explorer version 4.x
1. Select View then Internet Options
2. Click on the General tab
3. Under Home Page type: http://www.chenangocounty.org/
4. Click OK

Netscape Navigator version 3.x
1. Select Options, then General Preferences
2. Select Appearances tab
3. Look for Start Up group and then Browser Starts With
4. Click Home Page Location and below that type: http://www.chenangocounty.org/
5. Click OK

Netscape Navigator version 4.x
1. Select Edit then Preferences
2. Select Navigator
3. In Navigator Starts With group, click Home Page
4. Below that - in the Location box - type: http://www.chenangocounty.org/
5. Click OK

AOL 3.0
1. Select Members
2. Click on Preferences
3. Click on www
4. Change home page to http://www.chenangocounty.org/

AOL 4.0
1. Click on My AOL
2. Select Preferences
3. Click on www icon
